I'm looking forward to next week. I'm going away for a writing week with four friends - Jane Cable/Eva Glyn, Cass Grafton, Kitty Wilson and Kirsten Hesketh/Poppy Cooper.
This is a photo of us when we had a week away together in Bath some time ago in pre-pandemic days. From top to bottom - Kitty, Jane, Cass, Kirsten and yours truly. The reason for the champagne glasses was that it was publication day for Kitty.

Next week I'll be working on the 8th - yes, the 8th! - Railway Girls book, Christmas Wishes for the Railway Girls, which will be published this time next year.
